Hi Len, Eric and Waj,
It truly is inspiring and hopeful in the light of such a drought of honest and truly considerate dealers to find three 8 posters who all say the same thing about one dealer. Makes me wish that I had one. I have to travel to another city to find a dealer and service department that is acceptable. Perhaps if this is in fact an on going reality with this particular dealer, it might be something we should consider rewarding in the future from our particular Board and our group of worldwide 8-series owners. It is rare indeed. You are lucky guys,
