Hi Stan,
Yes, I think your right, but in my current process of fighting my ticket, even though I am innocent until proven guily, the court requires me to pay bail while the process of written declaration or trial is on-going in the court system. I have therefore decided to overpay the bail, just to see what actually happens, 'in case the outcome is not in my favor'. Then perhaps we shall have some hard evidence to compare with if I don't prevail with an innocent verdict.
