The car already tips the scales at over 4000lbs. We got people on here trying to dump some of that weight with carbon fiber hoods and so on. We also have guys trying to add power to help lug the weight around as well.
I have always seen the E31 as a sports car with some concessions to luxury rather than a luxury car with a sporty air to it. Putting a fridge in the back seat doesn't seem right compared to 3.15 gearing, extrude-honed intakes, engine and trans chips, Supersprint Exhaust systems, CSi body kits and on and on....
Then again, if there is enough market for them I am sure Dinan will come out with one with a suggested price of around $1995 (plus installation by the authorized Dinan fridge dealer in your area.)
Y'all be cool (Keep the drinks cool too)

Actually Greg, it isn't as bad as it sounds. The unit fits into the rear backrest where the first-aid kit is, and is covered by the same panel that covers the kit and the ski bag door. The factory installation in my friends 750iL is very neat and the unit doesn't protrude too far into the trunk. It would fit into an 8 perfectly.
It's a proper refrigerator and it might be kinda nice on a long drive to be able to keep an ice cold ?? back there.
