Thanks Randy, do you know the story behind that car? I've always wondered how an 8 would do as a GT1 racer.


Hi Mike. No, I don't know the story on the yellow 8. I'm a new 850 owner (2 months)..and I've been searching the net for examples of 8 series racers of any catagory. So far, I've found only this one picture and a short article (no picture) about a drag racer in Australia named Alf Sorbello. He raced a BMW 850 in the Top Doorslammer class.
