Obviously, you either don't own an E31 and/or are extremely frustrated you don't own such a classic.

Porsche 928s are crap, we all know the reliability story with them... As for a Porsche, the 911, is what made and continues to be the Porsche to own.

You're not only competing with other E31s, but a slew of other fine German and Japanese automobiles. I'm amazed E31 prices are holding up as well as they have been. I'd expect a free fall by now.

As for creating "interest" on the part of BMW - forget it. The whole firm has a collective amnesia regarding the entire E31 product line.
