I hate to say this, but I'm afraid you'll find that this material is more than just "unglued." If it were that simple then some glue would work. If I suspect right, this covering is similar to the headliner, where there is actually a bonded foam between the masonite-like back board and the foam-fur material/upholstery. What happens is NOT the glue giving up or coming unglued, but rather the foam breaking down. So the primary bond is breaking and no amount of glue can fix this. Usually (at least in the headliners) when you try to glue it, you get even more wrinkle problems until it looks so bad that you just give up and get a new one anyway (btw, the upholstery shop will do it cheaper, since they'll get the BMW parts, pass the discount on to you for less than the typical stealer will, who just subs this job to one anyway - and marksUP their work to you).

Good luck - Roger
