Since the lights for the e31 were designed to "red" instead of clear (that slammed look started in 1993, after the e31 was well launched), no one has ever produced clear lenses for it (also volume is comparatively low). For the fronts, though, you can get "smoked" lenses from the M Technic parts catalog. In that day, "smoked" lenses were the rage - along with black out trim, called ShadowLine by BMW, at least in Europe, just prior to the "clear" slamming we have now - Take a look at the neu 3er hatch back look - just like the Lexus iS, clear with round red internal lenses - looks like a slammed Honda Civic if you ask me, but that's the rage in Yurrup right now - see the next M cars too! Blech !
