Sorry, I've been out of touch for a few weeks, but if you haven't already figured it out, the parts ARE different. While the CSI and yours are similar they are not the same, the reason, and this will become obvious when you look at how the CSI diffuser installs compared to the panel you've got - is that the panel and diffuser mount or actually are stabilized to the spare tire well differently. Since your car is newer than mine, you may have the extra "bolts" on your tire well,but my '92 didn't (they hadn't invented the diffuser when my car was made) - but if it doesn't and you don't want to make two new holes in your tire well, you can fab a small bracket that 'extends' the plastic bracket to meet the existing "bolts".


You should look at the CD screen for the CSI and then to your car to see these parts differences - this will also show that the P/Ns are different - sorry I don't have it in front of me or I'd just give them to you.
