The biggest (immediate) problem is that one of the heads needs to be mirrored in order to fit properly. Otherwise you would have the intake ports on the bottom & the exhaust ports on the top of the left head. There are probably issues around coolent and oil ports as well.


Isn't the M3 a 4-valve head? I think that the biggest problem would be fitting the cam gears and drive chain. You're getting into McLaren territory here.
