Rough idle (archive)

Hi all,
I'm looking at a 91' with 66k, everything's great on it except for the idle. It's a little rough with some hesitation, it seemed a bit worse after the engine got hot. Sound familiar? Should I be concerned? How good are the engine diagnostics at the dealer?
