Outdoor Temp Sensor (archive)

Would someone be so kind as to point the way to finding the outdoor temperature sensor? The ETK is not helpful for indicating where the sensor is, and I can't seem to find it in the Repair manual or Mitchell's. The gauge is reading about 4 degrees high... can it be recalibrated? or should it be replaced?
