Nick -

First, what's cheap? Second, what's mileage and gearbox - if low miles and a stick, might be worth the trouble of looking for (or buying)panels. Also, as an observation - is this a gray market car. From the front side marker lights on the quarters, it doesn't look like a '91, but more like a '96 or 97 - be worth knowing the VIN and title history a bit more thoroughly. Again also, from the damage, seems like a typically un-BMW like driver a little too hot into a turn and lifted off - oh well ... check out the rear suspension for 'hidden' damage.
