My bet is this car is in much worse condition than you even imagine. If you look at the right rear wheel, you can see it's tilted inward. The rear suspension is whacked, and the car probably has a bent rear carrier and bent rear control arms. Plan about about $7K to repair just the rear suspension on this car.

This car is a parts car, and nothing more.
