Emilio,

No bad experience with the wheels per se. Having driven both replicas and original M-Parallels within the same month, I can say so far that I cant tell much of a difference looks or performance wise. The replicas did feel a little bit (but not alot) heaver than the originals when I was switching them, and Im sure that must have some affect on the performance, but nothing very noticeable yet. Although, my driving style doesnt usually test the limits of the car. If I was obsessed with 0-60 times and had lead foot maybe I would be able to tell the difference.

In the end, was the switch from replicas to originals worth the $$ ?? ... not sure yet. Maybe its just having the piece of mind of certified BMW qualitly on the car that I like.

Cheers,

Brad H.

A bad experience with the replica rims?

I'm thinking in a M parallel replicas (for about 1000$ the 8x18 set) opposite the 3000$ the originals. I know the originals are forged and 9.5x18 the rears. I was thinking "too much difference" but if buying the replicas is "heading for trouble"... I'll go with the factory rims.
Any oppinion would be very appreciated.

Your car look splendid.
