I don't run the car with the Portable. I just jump it and remove it. Seems like all electrical compoents work fine. Full power to all.

Thanks!
Marc

Marc,
After replacing the batteries, especially after a long downtime, you should re-synch the DK motors (procedure in the archives) and drive around for a while. The adaptive system has been fully reset if no power for while, and will need to re-learn your driving style. Also, if you're trying to run the car from the portable battery - DON'T! - the car's electronics need full voltage, you may be able to start the car, but if your extra battery doesn't have the power, the electrical systems will go haywire. Always run the car with two good batteries attached, or an auxilliary system with voltage and amperage to keep the systems on-line.
