New pump, lots of piping, new filter, new hydraulic reservoir, new hydraulic controller valve body, probably new software. Plus, you'll be working in a very tight space directly in front of the brake booster.

I wouldn't. I'd recommend you check out a car with and without the +T system for a comparison.
