Hi, sorry I did not respond to this one immediately. Yes, I was checking codes with the 5 pump process. I was not getting anything (no 1444 or 2444). If I had not successfully pulled codes before, I'd question my technique, but I'm quite sure I am 'requesting' the codes correctly.

Kevin - not to press the point, but are you 'pulling' the codes via the Check Engine Light using the 'pump the accelerator' method? If there are no codes stored you should get the 1444 or 2444 readout. If the codes have already been stored they may not re-flash. Please pull the codes and let us know what you're getting - even if it's just (hopefully) a 1444.
