Hello All,

I recommend GT International in West LA. They've been around forever and know most if not all BMWs inside and out. The owner, John Norris, is a champion racer for BMW.

I've been taking my car to them for a while now, and have found their level of knowledge, service and pricing to be worlds better than the dealers.

Look them up if you're interested.

I am in no way affiliated with the establishment. Just passing on my opinion that this is a good place to take your 8.

Good Luck,
Richard

Hi everyone,

I was wondering, does anybody know a good BMW mechanic who's familiar with the 8-series in the Los Angeles (CA) area? (I actually live in Orange County but I don't mind the drive) I saw 2 1991 850i for sale that I am interested in and would like an experienced 8-series mechanic to check it out.

Thanks in advance,
Steve

ps: I didn't find one in htp://www.bmwe31.com/Maintenance.htm :-(
