I had my 850 serviced there a few times. They seemed very nice and competent at the shop the first 2 times I had my car in for service. However, after having new supersprints installed on the car, they took my car for a "complementary wash" (joyride) and ran into a woman's minivan. John apologized and told me that it was normal for them to take cars for a wash if the service performed was over a certain amount. This of course was total BS since this had not been done for previous services which had totalled significantly more and I was never informed of such a service which I would have rejected anyway since I don't like machine washes.
The result? John apologized and that was about it. They did not give me a discount on the work performed, nor did they try and provide me a discount with the bodyshop they recommended. Furthermore, the accident came out of my insurance because the woman claimed she had been hit by GT's driver, GT Intl's insurance company claimed it was not their fault nor their problem because it was MY car.

That is ridiculous! Did you contact a lawyer?
That's a great idea!! Double check your service receipt to see if there are any "fine prints." Even if there are, a lawyer may be able to file charges based on "bad faith" and get you compensation!!
