I beg to differ about x222 being the O2 sensor itself. My interpretation is that x221 is the sensor but x222 is a problem matching the mixture to the sensor ie., a vacuum leak or such. The manual is confusing because x221= oxygen (Lambda) sensor and x222= oxygen control. It doesn't elaborate on just what "oxygen control" means.
