Well, the fine print didn't really do anything more than emphasize the lack of responsibility by the shop and a couple thousand dollars in damage with no bodily injury didn't seem to justify legal intervention. My insurance company went after them but in the end, they didn't get anything from either insurance company in CA so I was out my deductable.
Anyway, it has given me an excuse to finally do a repaint and get put on the CSI trim that I've always wanted.....
