I just bought a 1995 840Ci and it needs a few things. Any advice on the following?

I need a single BBS factory-style 16" wheel, prefer used.
I need a CD magazine for the factory changer type A.

Now, this one will sound dumb but...I haven't received the operators manual yet and I can't figure out how to run the cruise control (told you it would sound dumb). I see Off, Accel, Resume and Decel on the stalk but no On or Set. I got it to set once but don't know how. What am I missing?

Finally, from time to time when the A/C blower motor is not on max the blower seems to mementarily cut out. This occurs mostly on harder braking. It feels like there is an intermittent short. Anyone else have this happen? Had it resolved?
