We have had this 'clean burning' gasoline mandated in this area (St. Louis, MO) for well over a year, and I have had no fuel-related trouble with any of my vehicles (91 850, 97 328, 90 S-15). Some of my customers have complained of lower mileage figures, but I have not seen this.
