<Could also be coming from the filter housing. These things spew oil if you take the filter out too fast, so it could be runoff from the oil that ran down the inside fenderwell. Also, could be that when they added the oil they spilled around the filler and it's running down the engine. Of course, if they forgot to put a new drain plug gasket on or left two on by accident (it happens) this can cause a leak. As for too much oil in the motor, I would definitely bring this up with the service manager on Monday. In any event, no excuses for sloppy work.
