I just got a Schnitzer front spoiler on my 8-series, equipped with H&R springs and Bilsteins. My ground clearance has gone down too much for me to feel secure in driving around town. The car does look quite fierce, though.

Aside from going back to my stock springs (which is no longer an option), what can I do to recover a bit of height to my car's ground clearance? Would changing to Eibach springs do the trick?
