Draining all the coolant (archive)

There is a drain plug (13mm I think)on each side of the block more or less centered. You will need to remove the sheet metal splash pans under the engine to get at the plugs. Its a bit of a pain but I've done it in the driveway with a floor jack. Be careful. The coolant comes out fast and hot. Good luck!
