Rear sunshade noisy when unfolding.....solution? (archive)

Hi !

The rear sunshade in my -93 850CI makes a nasty, grinding
noise when it opens fully. It sounds like there is some worn out plastic cogs in the electric motor.
When it closes it´s quiet thou...
In spite of the noise the sunshade´s working perfectly,
but the sound annoys me badly !
Anyone have a clue ?
