I think Lez, Kurt & Mark all make valid points. This is a great board and we all owe a debt of gratitude to the Webmasters who provide us with the opportunity to meet here. On the other hand, Philippe has an interesting site and we all enjoy dropping in there once in a while to see what's happening in his neck of the woods.

I think it would be helpful to all to know the 'rules' the webmasters expect us to adhere to. I have no idea exactly what Philippe has done (or failed to do) that has resulted in his 'suspension' so I really can't comment on whether of not that suspension is fair and/or justified. I do know that Philippe is an enthusiastic 8 series guy and he has spent considerable time and energy putting info and pictures on his site that have benefitted all of us.

I would respectively ask the webmasters to let us know why the suspension is in place and what Philippe might have to do in order for it to be lifted. The way it is now seems a bit arbitrary and unfair, but we may not have all the facts.

Hopefully, all who participate here will try to work within the boundaries set down by those who manage the site. I'm sure Philippe would not intentionally flaunt the rules and regulations so perhaps the whole thing is a bit of a tempest in a teapot - an honest mistake, and just needs to be looked at again by the parties concerned.
