Hi Allen,
Looks like B.White attempted to answer your question, but his post was apparently lost in web space?? Anyway, several of the guys have adapted a trickle charge to the system so that it keeps it at full charge without burning up the batteries. You can find it in the archives, but if I run across it in my files I will send it to you as well, For the archives, just use the search function at the top of this page.

Other then taking it out at least once a week, can anyone share any good tips on how you preserve a rarely driven E31 from non-starting everytime? I put on 600 miles in the last 6 months.
