Hi Larry,

I've taken mine out and put it back (while in search of an elusive rattle) and it's pretty straightforward. It's probably easier in the Ci because the rear seats fold down so you don't have to remove them. I pulled off the rear side panels which made it easier as well. Be VERY careful of the clips at the front of the panel - I broke one of mine. To remove the panel just release the clips and then slide it forward keeping it as level as possible.

It seems to be a known fact that the material on the panel tends to separate from the backing over time, especially around the rear edge. Mine was slightly 'bubbled' but I decided to leave it for now and take it to an upholstery shop when it starts to bother me.
