"Almost" impossible to do. It will detract from the resale value if you ever decide to sell. People that buy a car such as the 8 series are going to look at matching of the paint in the trunk, engine compartment, under the car, every nook and cranny you can think of. I don't know about others here, but I wouldn't have bought my car if I could have told it had been repainted a color other than the original. But, that is just MY opinion, which is worth about .02 US dollars!
