Crazy window (archive)

My 850i year 92 has some sort of window disorder.
Sometimes when I lock the car with the remote, the windows start to close...but the drives side window sometimes goes all the way up and then comes back down half way by itself. This also happens when driving and press the window swich one-push and the same happens. Also if I lock the car with the remote and have the sunroof opened, the roof only closes half way, but if I wait and then unlock and lock again with the remote then it closes all the way. My BMW dealer (Canary Islands)cannot fix the problem.
Any ideas?
