Sometime when an obstruction does get in the way, the window computer may cause strange effects such as this. I would recommend a full window reset - basically, raise all windows from inside the car, lower all windows fully without using the one touch feature. Then raise the rears each at a time with the one touch, then the passengerside finally the driver's. This should reset all windows and force sensors. You must be careful with these windows - while they have obstruction detectors, they also have very strong motors for tight seals - hence the oft-complained-about worn seals.
