Depends on what you have to do to get the cluster out. I just had to remove the knee bolsters and two bolts to drop the steering column about 4". This allowed cluster removal without taking the steering wheel off.

This will prevent alarming the SRS. I suppose you could reset the battery connections and the only thing that should malfunction is the OBC. As complex as the electrical system is I think I would rent a car for a day rather than risk it.

PS Change all the bulbs!!

: I have two questions, One, if I remove the gauge cluster to get the caps done (service guys at work ordered the caps and will install) can I drive the car or will the SRS and other stuff need resetting? And also has anyone tried Munroes on the front? How do they work or not work? Thanks in advance!
