i dont think the tranny chip will net much, (5 or 10 maybe) but the motor chip should show 15 or 20 and the exaust and filter/intake might be worth 5 or 10hp. the best you might get if everything works together would be 40 hp, the worst maybe 20 extra. i don't think it would be very easy to get V-12 power (300 hp) from the straight 6. call steve dinan, he would know. good luck. 88 750iL
