On my '91 750, the methodology was.....

(1) put key in passenger door lock, turn key from 12:00 to about 1:30

(2) pull up on door handle

(3) turn key the rest of the way (to about 3:00)

(4) door should unlock

This worked great for mine!!!!

Hi,
The key for my 88 735i won't open the doors. Anyone know why and how to get it open. If it is the battery, what do I do?
