Who was the idiot designer of the front suspension of these cars?
How can you tell if your control arm has been slightly damaged and bent, when the arm has so many bends and curves??? And in both the horizontal and vertical planes!!!
There should be a recall on these suspensions, what with the 50 mph shimmy and destruction of thrust bushings.
Of course i shouldn't be surprised, i have a K75 BMW motorcycle and they all have an offset in the frame that prevents proper track alignment--they all pull to the right and wear out the left side of the front tire...
BMW can't design a suspension without some weird defect--and we are the suckers to put up with it.
