I have had the fan fly off of the water pump before on my 89 750 but it didn't break any of the blades. But when it was in a wreck last year the blade broke I got mine from a repair shop here for $75 you can try Bavarian Autosport i think their water pump for the 750 is around $180 don't know about fan shroud and blade though.
