What is CHF c? hydro fluid???
Also, what is NOPI?
I hope the local parts stores will have this fluid.

Do I check fluid level with engine running?

Fill up your CHF container, its probably low, Check Brake fluid too. Mine just did the same message, was low on CHF (power booster/steering/brake booster) fluid.

The name of the fluid is Pentosin CHF *NON SYNTHETIC* available at NOPI.


dont ever put power steering fluid in a 750il



Pentosin is a synthetic hydralic fluid. NOPI is a mail order parts store, probably on-line also. BMW dealers also stock Pentosin. You will not find it at the local Pep Boys.
