The cable coming from the B pillar is the seat belt hieght adjuster cable.

I notice that there's a 2 core wire (like thick speaker cable) going from the B pillar base to the underside of the seat...this must be a dealer fix as I just got the car and the prev (only other) owner only let the dealer loose on it...any ideas here as to what it might be for ?
