I'm looking to purchase new snow tires and steel wheels for my 90 735iL. I can get 4 Michelin Pilot-Alpin with 15x6.5 steel wheels and hub caps for $630 from tirerack.com.
I read several messages from others experiencing problems with non-stock wheels (spacers, clearance issue, etc.)
Has anyone tried snow tires with steel rims?
What should I look for?
