I have a '92 735i and am looking to upgrade from stock wheels. I can't deceide what size to go with. I think I want 17" AC schnitzer type II, but am considering bigger. Are there any drawbacks in going too big with wheel size (ride quality and vibrations). Any help is appreciated.


IMHO as a practical matter some of the decision would be the kinds of roads you will be driving on. With less rubber between the wheel and road, it is so easy to hit severe bumps or the occasional pothole and trash a wheel. Good Luck and post a picture of your new setup!
