Leave the plastic cover in place and pull harder! Really, just pull harder...maybe twist it a little as you pull.


Okay, I give up and humbly seek advice. How the heck do you disconnect the high voltage, spark wire from the top of the coil on a V-12? My coil has a plastic cover over the wire, which snaps off to reveal a rubber cover over the connection between the wire and the coil. The cover does not budge when I pull on it. What do I do to get the wire off?
