There's also an amplifier in the driver's side (left) c-pillar. If you pry out the rear passenger interior light, you can see the antennae lead, and follow it along the doorjam trim moulding. The interior c-pillar panel probably has to come out to expose the amplifier. Details vary depending on model year.

It's the two parallel lines running up the middle of the rear window. They are the same colour as the rear window defroster system.
