If it doesn't the next probable cause is the actual motor in the mirror. which you can test by removing the motor from the passenger side and switching it to the driver's side. If it works, then you have power to the motor, eliminating a 'gap' in electricals and the switch, leaving you with a motor problem.
The above assumes you do not have that 'meter thingy that measures electricity flowing' which will save you all this hard work.
I normally pull into my friendly neighbourhood garage and borrow his meter at no costs.
