My rear shock(driver side) plow all fluids out.
Can I fix it or do I need new one????

It depends on where the leak is. If its on the bottom side (Assuming you have Self leveling rear susp. The shocks where made by Sachs-Boge in this years)there is an easy fix. If the leak is on the top there is No way to dismantle the shock to get access to the failing seal.
In my case the leak was in the bottom, near where the line from the circuit connects to the shock.
The failing seal was an X-ring (like the o-ring, but instead of round section in X shaped section)
Is very easy to replace once you get the shock out of the car. The problem is to get access to the upper mount, you must remove the rear seat including the backseat.
I found the replacement for the X-ring in a good hardware store specialized in o-ring, bearings and seals.
I can e-mail you the prodedure for removing the backseat, if you are interested. Not posting, because is a bit long.
