I repaired my broken mounts using wire and epoxy. Since I had all the pieces of the broken mounts and figured the replacements were just as weak and would only break with time, I repaired them. I used a Dremel tool and a very small drill bit. I drilled holes through the broken pieces of the mounts and used fine brass wire to bind them together. Then I made tape "dams" to hold the epoxy in place and reinforced the wire and plastic with epoxy. It has worked perfectly for 4 years.
