I've pumped the brakes but you can only push the peddle in about 3-4 inches, then took the screw top off the power steering tank and then the lid. But all i see is a siff looking thing and it is held in place with a nut which doesn't want to come off, the manual says that there is a dip stick, i see none! and the fluid is level with the siff which is about 3 inches down the tank!
