Couldn't really see what colour it was because it was just level with the siff which is shiney silver. Is your 318i the latest shape or the one before, the E36?. Even though my 735iL is 8(almost 9) years old the BMW dealer gave it a full 1 year BMW warranty. I took some photos of my car right after it got a valet, i'll get them developed and send you some if you want, i've got a scanner. Does your Dads car have the first aid kit under the passenger seat and tourch in the glove box?, it was a option on all New Zealand 7 series and mine has neither.
