He has a glazing problem to fix. The door panel removal process is just one of the steps to the window. And unless your corner speaker is much different than mine there is no way without damage to something to pull the door panel vertical enough to clear the center retention piece with the speaker right in the way. He obviously doesn't have a book and "just fine" doesn't cut it when is asking for a step by step procedure. I know this from having to do this very thing 5 weeks ago to fix my fogged up passenger window. Don't know about your 735 but mine has double pane argon filled glazing. Guy Simpson

There is absolutely no reason> to remove the speaker or the mirror when removing door panels on an E32. The door panel comes off and goes on just fine (and without all the extra work).
